Originally released on Innervisions vinyl only label Philomena in 2011 this track has never been available digitally until now. I was channelling my inner Henrik Schwarz when I made it so it was cool to see it be supported by the crew who had inspired it.
Funny story actually, I sent it to Kristian Ame around 2009/10 just to see what he thought, it made it's way to Dixon who played it everywhere in 2010 but no one told me - so when I moved to Berlin in 2011, a few people pointed out to me that I should probably have a chat with them about a release. I bizarrely discovered I lived next door to Sandrino because of this track - we were chatting about it on FB and worked out that he was in Landsberger Allee 16 and I was in 18 ('hey you live in Berlin too what's your address?' - very funny moment) - we met on the pavement and embraced and have been good friends ever since.
Looking back, it was really exciting to see my track which had been written years before in Nottingham getting love from some of the biggest stars of the scene and all the trappings that come with it. It was the only time I was given 4.5 on RA put it that way lol.
So it's been vinyl only and only came out on a limited run so here you go. Happy bandcamp day! Enjoy....

Moodymann creates innovative soul funky music with deep 70s inspiration. The vocals are simply outstanding. A step back in time, 50 years ago! Superb. jef37
